ABOUT PSCP

The Psychedelic Social Club of Philadelphia is a community for adults who are curious about psychedelics, culture, connection, and the experiences that can make life feel a little bigger. We started PSCP because it can be hard to find people who can talk openly, thoughtfully, and without judgment about these subjects — especially in a city as big as Philadelphia.

PSCP is built around three parts of the same mission: harm reduction, education, and recreation. We believe people deserve reliable, grounded information about psychedelic compounds and culture, especially when they are new to the subject. We share well-known information and lessons drawn from the work and experience our community has collectively gone through. We also hope to host educational meetups and seminars where people can learn about specific topics in psychedelic use, history, culture, and safety.

The recreational side matters too. PSCP is a social club. We create room for good conversation, public meetups, creative events, and friendships across Philadelphia and the surrounding tri-state area. This is not a medical service, a source for substances, or a place built around telling anyone how to live. It is a community for people who value curiosity, respect, and looking out for one another.

What is PSCP?

PSCP is the Psychedelic Social Club of Philadelphia: a community built around harm reduction, education, recreation, friendship, events, and psychedelic culture.

Why was it started?

It began with a simple idea: Philadelphia has plenty of interesting, open-minded people, but not enough low-pressure spaces to meet one another around a shared interest in psychedelics and personal growth. PSCP exists to help make those connections feel more natural.

Who is behind PSCP?

PSCP is organized by a collective of educators, community builders, chemists, growers, citizen scientists, content creators, and overall enthusiasts who have each dedicated a significant part of their lives to psychedelic science and culture. Its founder has spent the past seven years working in the psychedelic industry and building communities around thoughtful, responsible engagement with psychedelics. We keep the focus on the club and its community rather than on any one person.

What does harm reduction mean to PSCP?

Harm reduction means helping people make more informed decisions and encouraging a culture of care. We share reliable, well-known information about psychedelic substances, safer practices, and the realities of psychedelic experiences. We do not provide medical advice, but we believe knowledge, honesty, and looking out for each other can make a real difference.

What kinds of educational events will you have?

We plan to host conversations, seminars, and meetups focused on particular parts of psychedelic use and culture. Topics may include compounds, history, research, personal preparation, integration, harm reduction, art, music, and the broader culture that surrounds psychedelics.

Who is a good fit for PSCP?

People who are respectful, curious, kind, and able to treat others like adults. You do not need to be an expert or have a particular psychedelic experience level. We value good conversation, mutual respect, consent, discretion, and a genuine interest in being part of a community.

What kinds of events do you hold?

Public meetups, social gatherings, creative events, educational sessions, and other opportunities to connect throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding tri-state area.

Are you a medical, therapy, or drug-supply service?

No. PSCP does not provide medical advice, therapy, substances, or instructions for obtaining or using substances. We are a social community centered on harm reduction, education, culture, and connection.

Do I need to give you my email address?

No. We understand that some people may prefer not to share personal information with a psychedelic-focused website. You can join our Discord to stay connected with the community and follow announcements without joining the email list.

The email list is useful for people who want updates sent directly to them. Public events will be posted on the PSCP homepage and announced through the Discord.

Where will event details be posted?

Public event details will be posted on the PSCP homepage, through the email list, and in the Discord.

How can I get involved?

Start with a public meetup, join the email list, or connect through Discord. Come say hello, meet some people, and see what feels right for you.

I have another question. How can I reach PSCP?

For general inquiries, email us at join@pscp.club. We will be glad to help with questions about the community, public events, or getting involved.
